While work from home offers flexibility, it also generates new challenges for employee well-being. This shift has brought a new issue for Human Resource Management, and organizations now have to adopt new ways to support their workforce. With the world crisis situation arose around Iran recently, Sri Lankan workforce is also encouraged to practice work from home procedures.
